The staff's warmth, especially Sofia at breakfast reception, made mornings truly delightful. However, the breakfast wait time was frustrating, impacting my overall experience.

Great stay and awesome staff!
Had a fantastic time! The friendly staff really made a difference, especially Maria who helped us settle in. Hotel has a nice bar/lounge area for chilling after a busy day, but communal toilets could use better upkeep. Would’ve liked more dining options on-site too. Overall, a solid experience in the heart of the city.

Recommend it for groups
The view from our room was fine like really very nice with the river shining outside and the staff were just on top of it all helpful and friendly all the way from checking in to making sure we had everything we needed and there was this delicious breakfast spread that I couldn’t get enough of with a variety of choices that just hit the spot after a night out
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly the experience made it worth it

The Spencer provides a convenient city center location, which is ideal for business travel. The meeting facilities were equipped to handle various setups, and my room was well-appointed with necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast featured a wide selection, including freshly baked pastries and high-quality coffee, which greatly enhanced my mornings.
The check-in process was slightly slow due to several guests arriving at the same time.
